The terms that govern your access to and use of the Nrvole platform. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Nrvole. By creating an account or using nrvole.com, you agree to these terms. If you are using Nrvole on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Nrvole is a business intelligence platform providing market research, sourcing information, business data, planning tools, opportunity listings and B2B matching. We may add, change or remove features to improve the service, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Market data, demand signals, setup costs, profit estimates and payback periods are provided for information only. They are estimates drawn from a range of sources and assumptions, are not guarantees of outcomes, and should not be treated as financial, legal or investment advice. You remain responsible for your own due diligence and decisions. See our Disclaimer for more.
The platform, including its software, design, text and compiled datasets, is owned by Nrvole or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes. Content you create and store in your workspace remains yours.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. We will give notice of price changes before they take effect.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. You may close your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends, though some provisions survive by their nature.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nrvole is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or business decisions made in reliance on platform data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
